Fruita Campground

Fruita Campground is a true desert oasis—set along the Fremont River and surrounded by historic orchards, with green grass in summer and vibrant colors in the fall. This developed campground features 71 sites, each with a picnic table and fire pit or grill. While there are no individual hookups, a dump station and potable water fill are available near the entrance to Loops A and B. Restrooms offer running water and flush toilets, and accessible sites are located close to the facilities. It’s a peaceful, scenic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Capitol Reef.
